The idea that women get harassed and even raped because men "just can't help themselves" is fucking stupid. Most of us are sexual beings, but if you can't control your sexual behaviour at all, you're suffering from some kind of rare condition.
Saying that men harass women on the street because they're just so horny is like saying that it's normal to go to a supermarket and start eating food from the shelves because you just felt a little hungry.
It's not horniness, it's culture encouraging boys to treat girls like this
